To appease some of my healthy eating readers (You know who you are!), here is a great treat for when the sun finally decides to make an appearance. They’re easy to make, healthy, and taste great!
YOU WILL NEED
9 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar
5 oz kiwi, peeled
6 oz mango, peeled
6 oz fresh raspberries
An ice lolly mould
HOW TO DO IT
1. Add the sugar to the water in a small pot and bring to the boil. Boil for about 4-5 minutes and then set aside.
2. Puree, kiwis, mangos and raspberries separately in a blender.
3. Divide the syrup made in step between the three purees and mix in.
4. Pour mango puree into your ice lolly mould and freeze for at least 1 hour. Add mango puree and freeze for at least 2 hours. Add Raspberry puree, insert sticks and freeze overnight.

The best part is that it takes little to no extra time to make a dozen compared to just the one. This makes it perfect if you have a large family or for freezing so that you can get an extra 10 minutes in bed each day as you won’t have to make breakfast for the month.
The homemade Egg McMuffin is as tasty as it looks! They taste just like McDonald’s Egg McMuffins and they’re so easy to make that once you’ve done it once you’ll remember how for life.
They’re also very customisable. You could have them with bacon or sausage. Or you could add things like mushrooms, tomatoes and peppers to the egg. You can make them as healthy or as naughty as you like.
